The Diputació De Girona Has Detected The Need To Attend The Councils That Have Already Implemented The Boiler Or Biomass Network And Must Hire Thermal Energy From Estella From The Local And Sustainable Forest Management To Feed These Thermal Facilities Of The Thermal Facilities Municipalities By Creating A Dynamic Acquisition System (Hereinafter Sda), The Diputació De Girona As A System Of Contracting The System, Will Approve The Companies That Request It At Any Time, After Verification Of The Financial And Technical Economic Solvency That The Thermal Energy Supplies Have Been Established For Membership In The System Will Be Made By The Adjudicators Of The Specific Contracts That Will Be Bid On The Councils Affiliated With The Sda, In Accordance With The Prescriptions Established In These Specifications Of Particular Administrative Clauses, In The Particular Technical Specifications Of The Sda And In The Table Of Administrative And Technical Characteristics That Will Govern Each One Of The Tenders Of The Specific Contracts To Be Awarded In The Sda Framework, Documents That Will Be Contractual
