Tenders Are Invited For SC22347 - Home to School Transport Policy, including Post-16 Transport Policy Statements Consultation

Kent County Council are seeking an external organisation to provide data entry, analysis and reporting functions for this consultation. In addition, the Supplier will also provide feedback on the final draft of the consultation questionnaire to ensure that it collects responses in a way that will support robust analysis and reporting. In addition to a final consultation report, an interim summary of responses (including key themes from qualitative questions) will need to be provided. Responses need to be monitored on a weekly basis, flagging any queries, requests for more information or issues to the Council as soon as possible. The Supplier will be required to input hard copy questionnaires, including Easy Read questionnaires. Analysis and reporting of all consultation responses, including questionnaires, letters, emails and any responses provided on our answering machine will be required. The report must comply with the Council’s consultation report requirements (Appendix A) and be provided as a digitally accessible Word and PDF format. The Supplier will also be required to attend a virtual project initiation meeting where the cross-tabulation requirements can be confirmed, and feedback provided to finalise the questionnaire. The Council’s Engagement and Consultation team will quality assure the consultation report before it is finalised. Please allow for two sets of amendments to the consultation report in the quotation. Response downloads from the online questionnaire will be provided on a weekly basis. Frequency of hard copy questionnaires and other forms of response to be agreed at the project initiation meeting. The Supplier maybe required to present a summary of the results to KCC Officers and Members in a virtual meeting. The Supplier is asked to include this in their pricing as an optional extra.
