General Procurement Notice For Rural Service Delivery Project The Project Will Include The Following Components: (1) Preparation And Implementation Of Subprojects. This Component Will Provide (I) Grants To Wards To Finance Community Identified Subprojects, And (Ii) Subproject Preparation And Implementation Support Grants. (2) Capacity Building Of National And Subnational Government Entities. This Component Will Support The Strengthening Of Capacities Of National And Subnational Government Entities As Well As Community Members To Manage And Implement Subprojects, And To Improve Local Governance As It Relates To Basic Service Delivery., And (3) Project Management (Including Monitoring, Evaluation And Knowledge Sharing).
