We Take An Integrated Team Approach, Tracking Each Hour Of Work Associated With Public Housing Delivery. Once On Sight We Look To Better Understand The Crewing Levels And Workforce Availability, And Use Detailed Tasks Based On Realistic Expectations To Track And Manage Towards A 100 Day Build Programme.
