Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Support For Scaling-Up Variable Renewable Energy Deployment In The Power System The Bank Seeks To Engage A Consultant Firm Who Will Develop (I)Least-Cost Generation And Transmission Scenarios For The Period 2023-2035, (Ii) Vre And Hydropower Integration Analysis, (Iii)Interconnection Analysis And (Iv)Locational Study For The Electricity Network Of Azerbaijan Under The Management Of The World Bank (Wb) Team. In The Analysis, The Neighboring Countries Power Systems Shall Be Modeled And Exports/Imports Shall Be Studied Under Four Scenarios. The Load Flow Analysis Shall Cover Cross Border Lines With Neighboring Countries, To Identify Necessary Reinforcements On Interconnection Capacities (Particularly With Georgia) Or Newly/To Be Constructed Interconnections (Particularly Türkiye). Some High-Level Power Flow Analyses Shall Be Conducted On Neighboring Countries, Particularly Georgia And Türkiye To Identify Domestic Grid Constraints In The Countries. Tender Link :
