Tenders Are Invited For Training Of Staff Of The Ngo Muso Health In English Language (Professional). Muso Believes That No One Should Die While Waiting For Health Care. We Build Health Systems To Save Lives By Reaching Patients Faster, Within Hours Of When They Become Ill. To Do This, We Partner With Communities Facing Extreme Poverty. Muso Has Spent More Than A Decade Creating And Improving Its Rapid Care Model, Preparing It To Serve The Global Effort Towards Universal Healthcare. We Have Documented Rapid Improvements In Health Among The Populations We Serve: A 2018 Study Found That The Communities We Reach In Mali, Which Previously Experienced Some Of The Highest Child Mortality Rates In The World, Maintained Infant Mortality Rates Lower Than Any Country In Sub-Saharan Africa For Five Years, Eventually Reaching A Rate Equivalent To That Of The United States. Patient Access To Care Has Increased Tenfold. Muso Is Now Serving The Governments Of Mali And C te Divoire In Their Efforts To Translate The Results Of This Research Into National Policies And Practices. We Provide Proactive Healthcare To 400,000 Patients In Mali And Ivory Coast And Are Growing To Serve 650,000 Patients In These Two Countries In The Coming Years. Muso Integrates Rigorous Academic Research And Strategic Advocacy To Identify And Share Strategies That Can Accelerate Global Efforts Toward Child Survival, Maternal Health, And Universal Health Care. Context The Ngo Muso Health Is Made Up Of Professionals From Various Countries, Particularly Mali, C te Divoire And The United States. People Working In C te Divoire And Mali Are Mostly French-Speaking, While Those In The United States Use English As Their Main Language. This Diversity Is A Wealth For Us And We Want To Take Advantage Of It By Promoting Better Collaboration Through The Practice Of A Common Language Which Will Allow Fluidity Of Communication Internally But Also In Interactions With The Organizations Partners. A Recent Evaluation Of The Performance Of Our Employees Has Enabled Us To Diagnose A Need For Skills Development For Certain French-Speaking Employees Who Have Difficulty In Regularly Practicing English. As A Result/In This Regard, Muso Is Considering A Language Upgrade For These People. We Believe That Practical Training In English Will Allow Them To Develop A Better Command Of The Language And Will Promote Ease In Public Speaking. This Training Action Will Aim To Facilitate The Accomplishment Of Each Of Their Missions Within Muso. 3. Objectives This Mission Aims To: Communicate To Participants The Fundamentals Of The English Language, Both Written And Spoken. Help Participants Acquire The Vocabulary Of Everyday Life But Also That Adapted To Our Professional Environment (International Organization In The Field Of Health). Give Learners The Tools To Communicate In English In A Professional Setting (Writing Documents, Telephone Conversations, Participating In And Leading Meetings, Job Interviews, Discussions With Colleagues, Etc.). To Familiarize The Participants With The Regular Practice Of The English Language And To Encourage Their Gaining Of Confidence For Better Speaking In Public. 4. Methodology Approach The Activity Will Take Place In Six Phases: 1. Pre-Assessment: This Will Make It Possible To Carry Out A Level Assessment Of Each Of The Learners In Order To Form Groups By Level And Then Define A Tailor-Made Learning Program For Each Level 2. Regular Training Sessions Per Level Over A Well-Defined Period With Themes And Tools (Texts, Videos, Audio, Images, Etc.) The Mission Will Be Conducted On The Basis Of An Effective And Interactive Involvement Of All The Learners. The Practice/Institute/Training Center Will Create A Motivating Work Environment In Order To Maintain The Motivation Of Learners Throughout The Training Program. Number Of Potential Learners: Thirty (30) People. 5. Constraints The Following Constraints Must Be Taken Into Account By Stakeholders: Learners Are Workers. The Firm/Institute/Training Center Must Take Into Account The Professional Obligations Of Learners When Scheduling Training Sessions. The Times Of The Sessions Must Be Approved By The Group. There Will Be A Combination Of Face-To-Face Training And Online Training. The Firm/Institute/Training Center Should Take Measures To Better Organize The Sessions. The Training Organization Bears All The Expenses Related To The Training Including The Transport Costs Of Its Trainers And Provides The Beneficiaries Of The Training With The Material Means Necessary For The Execution Of The Mission: Audio Or Video Files , Printing, Digital Publishing, Video Projector, Etc.
