Daytime concierge service is provided by the Bidders own staff from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., within the framework of an employment relationship. The task of the night porter service is to: - preserve the security of the sites property and the life and physical safety of the persons staying there - entry to the site is only possible through the porter, under the supervision of the service Additional tasks: - the site has a permanent vehicular driveway and one person entrance - there is a remote-controlled gate to the back yard of the building, which can only be used with a special permit - it is necessary to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the area and from there stealing any objects or tools of value belonging to the customer - for entry, employees must always use the token associated with the time register.
