The product properties specified in the technical description are minimum requirements. The offered product must have at least the minimum product properties required by the contracting authority for the given product. Bidder equivalent to the minimum product properties, or it also accepts devices with more favorable product characteristics. The purchase price must include the total net price, which includes the price of the products, as well as all the costs necessary for the Purchaser to acquire ownership (e.g. shipping costs). The price must therefore include the purchase price of the product offered in accordance with the quantity requirements expected by the Purchaser, the costs incurred, and all customs duties, taxes and other charges that the successful tenderer must pay under the contract or for any other reason. The offer price can only be given in Hungarian currency (forints). In the case of a bid in a different currency, the Bidder declares the bid invalid.
