Brownfields Assessment - Boulder Hwy (Brownfields Assessment - Boulder Highway) The City of Henderson, Nevada, on behalf of the City s Redevelopment Agency, is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to conduct Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Assessments, clean-up/reuse planning, area wide planning, along with community outreach, project management and reporting necessary to implement the Environmental Protection Agency Brownfields Grant.
