Assignment Description The World Bank Is Seeking Expressions Of Interests From Consulting Firms For The Preparation Of Detailed Functional And Technical Requirements Of A Whole-Of-Government Platform Through A Bank Executed Activity (Phase I) For The Government Of Kosovo (Gok). The Team Should Be Comprised Of Qualified Three Experts, With A Demonstrated Track Record In Performing The Tasks Described In The Tor. References And Examples Of Past Work Are Required And Should Be Included In The Proposal. Currently, The Gok And The World Bank Team Are Preparing A New Govtech Project, Strengthening Digital Governance For Service Delivery (P178162), Which Aims To Improve The Quality Of, And User Access To Selected Public Administrative Services. The Project Builds Upon Recent World Bank Advisory Support To Digital Governance And Service Delivery And Advances In Connectivity Under The Kosovo Digital Economy (Kode) Project. As A Part Of The Project Preparation, The World Bank Commissioned Two Technical Assessments To Inform Decisions On The Design Of New Project Components. The Feasibility Study And Requirements For The Temporary Disaster Recovery Center (Drc) And The Preliminary Plan For Transition To Government Cloud Are Expected To Be Ready In 2023, Together With The Technical Assessment Of The Whole-Of-Government Platform. During This Engagement, The Consultant (Firm) Is Expected To Conduct A Business Needs Assessment, Technical Assessments Of The Government Shared Platforms, An Analysis Of Available Options Including Open-Source Solutions, And Design A Solution Architecture, Among Other Necessary Tasks For The Preparation Of Detailed Functional And Technical Requirements (And Bidding Documents) Of A Whole-Of-Government Platform For The Government Of Kosovo.
