Shortlisting Criteria Are: Be A Legal Entity Acceptable To Department Of Roads; At Least Ten Years Of Relevant Experience Implementing Road Transport Development Projects; Experience In The Region Is An Advantage; At Least Ten Years Of Experience In Providing Similar Services In Developing Countries, Under Road Improvement Projects; Proven Record On Successful Completion Of At Least Two Similar Assignments.
