The General Intent Is To Complete The Modernization Of The Existing Building Automation System (Bas), Expanding The System To Integrate All Hvac Systems From The New Skills Shop As Well As Variable Speed Drives On Ahu #2, Including Comprehensive Maintenance Of The Ventilation Systems To Ensure Their Full Functionality &Amp; Response From The Bas, Followed By A Facility Wide Air-Balance And Commissioning. Scope Of Work In General, The Project Includes The Following Components: 1. Complete The Modernization Of The Existing Building Automation System. The System Is To Then Be Expanded To Integrate All Hvac Aspects Of The New Skills Shop. A. Remote Access For Csap Staff As Well As System Training 2. Installation Of Variable Speed Drives On Ahu #2 3. Full Preventative Maintenance Of All Aspects Of The Ahu’S And Ventilation Fans To Ensure Fully Functional &Amp; Responsive To The Bas A. In The Event Motor(S) Or Bearings Require Replacement, This Will Be Considered An Additional Cost 4. Facility Wide Air Balancing 5. Comprehensive &Amp; Fully Integrated, Facility Wide Commissioning Of Newly Integrated Systems As Well As A Facility-Wide Re-Commissioning Of The Complete System And All Associated Hvac Systems And Components, Including Functionality And Performance Testing.
