Work Detail
Expansion Of Bocskaikerti Napsugár Kindergarten 45210000-2 Expansion Of Bocskaikert Napsugár Kindergarten Years Ago, The Tenderer Expanded Its Existing 4-Person Kindergarten With 1 New Group Room And Several Necessary Rooms (Warming Kitchen, Staff Rooms, Teachers Room, Doctors Room, Etc.) And At The Same Time Made The Entire Building Barrier-Free And Modernized. The Population Of The Settlement And The Number Of Children In Bocskaikert Are Constantly Increasing, So Further Expansion Of The Kindergarten Was Necessary. The Tenderer Decided On The Extension Of 2 Group Rooms With Their Associated Changing Rooms And Washrooms. The Floor Area Of The Extension Is 195.99 M2. Architectural Design: The Existing Part Of The Building Is Under Local Protection, The Facade Design Is An Element Shaping The Image Of The Settlement. For This Reason, It Was Important For The Extension To Keep The Facade Of The Old Part Of The Building Unchanged. The New Part Of The Building Was Designed For The Older Extension, Away From The Protected Facade Of The Building, With A Neck Joint. The New Part Of The Building Is Designed With A Flat Roof, So It Organically Separates From The Old, High-Roof Mass Formation. Barrier-Free: The Kindergarten Building Is Currently Barrier-Free. Barrier-Free Access Was Also A Requirement For The Expansion Of The Kindergarten Years Ago, And The Renovation And Expansion Of The Building At That Time Was Carried Out With The Involvement Of An Accessible Designer. At That Time, The Building Already Had Barrier-Free Toilets, A Barrier-Free Elevator Due To The Two-Story Design, And Other Building Structure Designs And Tools That Meet Barrier-Free Criteria. Ramps Also Had To Be Planned In The Courtyard, As The Terrain Required It. In The Case Of The Present Expansion, Where 2 New Group Rooms Are Created, As Well As The Corresponding Changing Rooms And Water Blocks, Are Also Barrier-Free. The Existing Elevator Meets The Requirements For Solving The Level Difference. Internal Windows (Doors) Must Be Designed Without Thresholds. It Will Be Necessary To Create A Fixed Or Mobile Induction Loop In The New Group Rooms. The Floors Will Have To Be Equipped With Guide Strips. A Professional Handicap Designer Will Participate In The Design Process And Will Certify That The Handicap Requirements Are Met. Energy Efficiency: The Energy Regulations (Tnm Decree 7/2006) Must Be Observed For The Kindergarten Extension To Be Built, Based On Which The Building (The Extension Part) Will Have To Meet The Nearly Zero Energy Requirements. To This End, Building Structures Must Be Equipped With Enhanced Thermal Insulation. The External Doors And Windows Are 3 Rtg. They Must Have Heat-Insulating Glazing. Mechanical Engineering Systems Must Be Designed In Accordance With Todays Requirements. The New Part Of The Building Will Have A Heat Pump System With Floor Heating. The Group Rooms Will Be Cooled With Inverter Air Conditioners Operating On The Heat Pump Principle. Energy-Efficient Operation Is Also A Requirement For Electrical Systems, So Low-Consumption Led Lamps Must Be Used In The New Part Of The Building. A Sized Solar Panel System Must Be Installed On The Roof Structure. For The New Part Of The Building: 1. Preparatory Earthwork 2. Foundation 3. Foundation 4. Main Walls 5. Partitions 6. Slab 7. Base Concrete 8. Pavement Around The Building 9. Insulation Against Soil Moisture 10. Bridges 11. Roof Structure 12. Shell 13. Thermal Insulation 14. Tin Works 15. Tiling Works 16. Shutters 17. (X.30.) Government Decree § 46 (3) Para.] The Tenderer Uploads It To The Ekr System Interface Under "Additional Public Procurement Documents".
