The Applicant Must Submit Five (5) Hard Copies Of The Completed Application And A Pdf Copy On Usb Drive. The Pre-Qualification Requirements Are Based On Pipe Laying Experience With Ductile Iron Pipe And Fiber Reinforced Plastic (Frp) Pipe Along With Personnel And Financial Records (1 Separately Sealed Copy). Information Submitted By The Contractor Will Be Reviewed By The Authoritys Engineering, Transmission And Finance Staff. If Pre-Qualification Requirements Are Satisfactorily Met, A Recommendation Will Be Made To The Water Authority Board For Pre-Qualification Status. Final Approval Is Strictly A Board Decision.
