Supply, Design And Customize The Hrmis For The Government Of Barbados; Ii. Develop An Implementation Plan For The Rollout Of The Hrmis Across The Public Service. This Plan Should Outline: -All Phases, Including Activities Related To: -Any Preparatory/Preliminary Work, As It Relates To Enhancing It Infrastructure And Support (If Needed); -Appropriate Customization And Enhancements, As Necessary; -Post-Implementation Support. -Duration Of Each Phase; -Stakeholders Required For Each Phase; -Anticipated Risks. Iii. Prepare A Customized User Manual For The Hrmis; Iv. Provide Training On The Effective Use Of The Hrmis To All Relevant Stakeholders; V. Deploy The Hrmis (Go Live) In The Public Service And Execute User Acceptance; And Vi.
