Request For Expressions Of Interest For Accountable Governance For Basic Service Delivery Hiring Of A Consultant To Conduct Assessment Of The Status Of Existing Development Plan Of Local Councils And Deleop A Comprehensive Template For Review Of Local Councils Development Plan The Consulting Services (The Services) Seeks To Review The Local Development Planning Landscape And Develop A Standardized Template To Guide The Formulation Of District Plans Across The 22 Lcs. The Assignment Is Expected To Be Undertaken Within 25Days. The Consultant Will Be Required To Undertake The Following: To Identify And Compile All Existing Local Council Development Plans To Review The Existing Council Development Plans With A View To Identifying Their Strengths And Weaknesses/Gaps To Review The Existing Council Development Planning Guidelines Developed By Moped, And The Guidelines For Integrated Planning In Africa Developed By Undp Regional And Other Partners To Conduct Some Key Informant Interviews To Draw Perspectives As To What Could Be Expected In The New District Development Plans To Develop A Standardized Template Or Guide For The Formulation Of New District Development Plans
