AS and WHEN STRUCTURAL/CIVIL - 2022 ayman Islands Government Public Works Department. Structural/Civil Engineer consultants are required to be familiar with the Cayman Islands construction practices, Building Code and statutory requirements. Structural Engineer consultants are required to have their own software and hardware that is compatible with either AutoCAD V19 or Archicad V23. The Structural/Civil Engineer consultants will be expected to play the standard role of coordinating with the PWD architect team, in the structural design engineering of common local construction types of structural solutions using standard local materials and methods. The PWD Building projects will vary in size and complexity and have a value range of between CI$50,000 to $1.5 Mil; but for the most part shall be engineered of common local construction types of structural solutions using standard local materials and methods.
