AS and WHEN ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANT - 2022 Design Development and Contract Documentation) for the Cayman Islands Government Public Works Department. Architectural consultants are required to be familiar with the Cayman Islands construction practices, Building Code and statutory requirements. Architectural consultants are required to have their own software and hardware that is compatible with either AutoCAD V19 or Archicad V23. The Architectural consultants will be expected to play the standard role of coordinating with the PWD architect team, in the architectural design of common local construction types of architectural solutions using standard local materials and methods. The PWD Building projects will vary in size and complexity and have a value range of between CI$50,000 to $1.5 Mil; but for the most part shall be engineered of common local construction type solutions using standard local materials and methods.
