PURCON 1058 Developing A Home User Test Kitdescription Tender For The Development, Proofing And Up-Scaled Manufacturing Of A Home User Diagnostics Kit Based On Lateral Flow Or Similar Technology. A Full List Of The Diagnostic Tests Will Be Provided Once An NDA Has Been Signed. Purpose: Developing A Home-User Diagnostics Kit Based On Lateral Flow, Enzyme Assays Or Similar Technology Based On Existing Protocols. The Project Involves Several Steps: Proof Of Concept: Establish Suitable Assay Layouts, Reagents And Chemical Reactions Based On Existing But Not Optimised Protocols. Configuration Of Simple Tests To Show Utility And Initial Investigation Into Potential Designs. Feasibility: Refinement Of The Assay Format(S), Establishing Working Protocols And Prototypes In An LFT/Pad Environment To Meet Both Test Performance And Cost Requirements.
