Tenders are invited for EDMS account configuration tasks

EDMS account configuration tasks 72261000-2 The tenderer wishes to conclude the contract for a period of 48 months. At the moment, the Tenderer supports the processes that are the subject of the public procurement with the system called EDMS (Energy Data Management System), therefore this call also applies to it, however, the Tenderer uses the EDMS (Energy Data Management System) system. (X.30.) According to Paragraphs (3)-(6) of § 46 of Government Decree, other systems equivalent to the mentioned system are also accepted, on the condition that the winning Bidder does not charge a separate fee for the introduction of the new system. The tenderer specifies 4 (four) weeks for the installation of the new (equivalent) system after the signing of the contract, and 4 (four) months for its full implementation. In the event of any equivalent system being offered, the tenderer examines compliance with the following criteria: - The recommended system has an automatic invoice scanning and processing function. - The system can process both xml and pdf invoices on the input page. - It has an account configuration option, with the help of which service provider accounts can be recognized by the system in a pre-parameterized way. - The technical hierarchy of the consumption points (Site/Meter) can be built up among the systems master data - During the processing of the invoices, data derived from the data on the invoices can be created with the help of user-defined formulas. - The system can be parameterized from the processed invoices, standard csv format; xml or text outputs can produce, with the content defined during the introduction. - Integration requirements: MS Active Directory - Authorization management with AD integration
