SINGLE-POINT MOORING (SPM) HOSE REPLACEMENT SERVICES AT PULAU MUARA BESAR Dismantle of SPM system’s in-service underwater and floating hoses. • Transport of dismantled underwater and floating hoses to cargo terminal for storage. • Receive the underwater and floating hoses to be replaced at the dock and transport them to the SPM area. • Install the underwater and floating hoses. • Carry out pressure test, leak detection and debugging of the hose system. • Replacement of auxiliary parts (such as break-off valves, hydraulic pipes, buoy and mooring line, etc) • Project is required to be completed within 3 weeks. • Contractor shall have the qualification requirements of Grade II or above in marine engineering contracting and have relevant similar engineering achievements. • To comply with Hengyi’s policies and relevant Brunei Darussalam and International Legislations
