THIRD PARTY HSE SUPERVISION MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT PULAU MUARA BESAR Set up an On-site Safety Supervision Team specifically to be in-charged of HYBN’s Turnaround Project’s overall supervision of operations. • To ensure site personnel’s responsibilities, goals and tasks are met. • Responsible for communication and coordination with HYBN’s HSE management department, setting up HSE plans and presiding over safety supervision and management of activities on site. • Review of contractor’s or operator’s qualifications in operating high risks jobs. • Supervise and provide advice / support in HSSE risk identifications, risk control measures and emergency plans on site. • Conduct daily-patrol inspections on responsible operation area; analyze for work hazards and checking of utilizing protective measures during operations. • Provide on-site report of violations. • Evaluate and report overall HSSE performance every week. • Participate in investigation of accidents and incidents. • To comply with Hengyi’s policies and relevant Brunei Darussalam and International Legislations.
