Hazardous Materials Collection And Disposal Service - The Ontario Ministry Of The Environment, Conservation And Parks Has Enacted Legislation To Divert Specific Materials Away From Landfills To Either Be Processed/Recycled Into Useful Post-Consumer Products, Or Disposed Of In A Safe And Efficient Manner In Accordance With Relevant Regulatory Infrastructures.The University Of Waterloo (“Uwaterloo “) Intends To Contract Out For The Supply Of Materials, Labour, Transportation, Permits And Equipment Necessary For The Collection, Removal And Processing/Disposal Of Hazardous Wastes From Campus Sites.There Are Multiple Sites Associated With This Contract, Which Includes The University's Main Campus In Waterloo, Plus Occasional Satellite Property Collection At The School Of Pharmacy (Kitchener), Velocity (Kitchener), Waterloo Fire Site (Waterloo) And Canada Forces Base (Borden), And The Contractor Must Provide These Services To All Sites.Contractors Must Also Include In Their Proposed Service Offering The Provision And Management Of All Relevant And Legally Required Documentation, As Well As Records Retention And Reporting In Accordance With Both Mandated Time Frames And Best Business Practices.
