Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Market Study On Scaling Up Of Off Grid-Solar In Benin, Burkina Faso, Cote Divoire, Ghana, Togo, And Senegal The Cwa Green Business Fund (Gbf), In Collaboration With The Regional Off-Grid Electricity Access Project (Rogeap) And Their Implementing Partners The Economic Community Of West African States (Ecowas) And West Africa Development Bank (Boad), Is Seeking To Hire A Consultant/Firm For A Market Study To Assess The: (I) Post-Pandemic Off-Grid Solar Policy And Enabling Environment, (Ii) Capacity Building Needs And Training For Stakeholders In The Solar For Productive-Use Demand And Supply Chain,(Iii) Scope And Design Of A Risk Guarantee Facility Targeted At Incentivizing Local Financial Institutions To Scale-Up Loan Financing Towards Off-Grid Solar Businesses, And (Iv) Capacity And Willingness Of National Financial Intermediaries To Administer Both The Risk Guarantee Facility And Potential Loan Financing To Local Financial Institutions In The Target Countries.
