Tenders Are Invited For Coweta Co. Justice Center Fire Alarm Panel Upgrade

General: The Project To Upgrade Existing Fire Alarm And Voice Evac Panels In Coweta County Justice And Juvenile Centers. The Work Required Consists Of The Furnishing, Installation And Connection Of A Complete Addressable, Multiplexed Fire Alarm/Life Safety Panel That Is In Compliance With The Authority Having Jurisdiction, Including But Not Limited To Nfpa And Ada Requirements. This Work Includes Installation Of New Fire Alarm Control Panel And Voice Evacuation Panels, Connection Of All Existing Devices, Programming, And Testing. Monitoring Will Be Provided By Coweta County; Contractor Will Be Responsible For Programming Fire Alarm Panel To Communicate Through Coweta CountyS Existing Alarm-Net Radio. Any Existing Devices That Are Found In Need Of Repair Or Replacement Must Be Discussed And Approved By Coweta County Facilities Management. The Systems Design To Allow For Future Expansion. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For All Site Clean-Up And Debris Disposal Daily. Contractor Shall Take Precautions Against Damaging Or Disrupting The Building, Any Damages Shall Be Repaired At The ContractorS Cost. Coweta County May Negotiate Changes With The Successful Bidder. An Inability To Comply With Negotiated Changes Shall Deem The Bidder Unsuccessful And Shall Void Any Contractual Agreements Reached.
