Provide Simultaneous Interpretation Services: Fr/En; En-Fr (Interpreters) 2. Provide Full Interpretation Equipment (These Should Be Set Up At The Conference Venue On Sunday 20Th November). A) One Interpreter Desk/Booth, B) 30 Conference Desk Microphones With On/Off Switch C) 50 Headsets. 3. Facilitate Hybrid Meeting (Including Setting Up Zoom/Teams Link, Troubleshooting, Recordings, Sharing Presentation Screen With Online Participants, Etc.) This Should Include: A) Technician Fee Who Will Set Up And Test All Of The Equipment On Sunday, 20Th November B) Technician Fee For The Facilitation Of The Virtual Meeting. The Technician Should Come With Their Own Laptop Computer To Run The Virtual Meeting.
