These Updates Will Be Shared Simultaneously With The Pcu, As Well As With The World Bank To Facilitate Project Supervision; Develop And Maintain A Database To Record Security Incidents In Project Areas (Security Risk Register). At A Minimum, This Security Risk Log Will Contain Details Such As Event Date, Specific Geocoded Location, Type, Severity, Actor, And An Event Summary, With Links Specific To Media Reports (If Any). ; Liaise With Contractors To Ensure Adequate Safety Procedures Are In Place, In Accordance With The Projects Ers And Pgs. Perform Regular And/Or Ad Hoc Security Audits Of Project Site Locations And Contractor Procedures; Liaise With Car Government Security And Law Enforcement Officials, As Appropriate, And With Security Advisers From The World Bank And Other International Organizations Or Private Security Companies (Depending On Needs), In Order To Establish A Network Of Trusted Contacts; Liaise With Local Communities To Help Manage/Mitigate Security Related Issues In All Security Operations; Promote The Giip In Security-Related Community Engagement, In Particular The Disclosure Of Security Provisions And The Existence Of A Grievance Mechanism; Provide Capacity Building And Training To Ccp Personnel On Security Risk Assessment And Management, As Well As Security Awareness Including Auditing Implicit Or Explicit Ccp Guidelines For Travel On The Field In Unsecured Environments To Minimize Potential Security Risks To Ccp Personnel; After-Hours Emergency Security Support; Promote Regular Monitoring (Check) And Continuous Improvement (Act) In All Safety-Related Project Activities. Other Responsibilities That May Be Assigned
