Epc Contract - Engineering, Procurement And Construction For The Conversion Of 2 X 110 Mw Simple Cycle Gas Turbine To Combined Cycle Power Plant. 2. The Kpone Thermal Power Plant Consist Of Two (2) Gt11n2/Ev Alstom Gas Turbine Generators (Gtg) Which Have Been In Operation Since June Of 2016. The Vra Wishes To Convert The 2X110mw Simple Cycle Plant To A Combined Cycle Plant By The Addition Of Two (2) Hrsgs And Two (2) Steam Turbines To Form Two Independent Combined Cycle Trains. 3.
