There is a requirement for advisory services to develop a feasibility report and business plan that will help to inform the establishment of a new full-time dance company in Ireland, as recommended by the Arts Council s Dance Policy 2022 - Advancing dance. The resulting findings from this feasibility report will play a key role in guiding the Arts Council s planned Call-Out to lead on the company s set-up and implementation, which will be issued in 2023. The feasibility report aims to identify potential models for the new company s financial, operational, and human resources structures. The research is expected to be conducted through engagement and consultation with the existing Arts Council-funded dance sector, including the Strategically Funded organisations, Arts Grant Funded organisations, and individually-funded artists, as well as other key stakeholders nationally and internationally. This research will take into consideration key corporate priorities of Making Great Art Work and other policies, namely: Paying the Artist; Equality, Human Rights and Diversity; and complement other policy areas such as Young People, Children, and Education, the Spatial policy, The digital policy, and International policy
