Tenders Are Invited For Provision of Facility Management Services to Limerick City and County Council .

Limerick City and County Council are requesting submissions for the provision of Facilities Management services at their seven corporate buildings. The services will include, but are not limited to:  Planned Preventative Maintenance of Hard Services including building mechanical, electrical, security, lift, building management systems, life safety systems, machinery and equipment assets, and building fabric.  Reactive maintenance for the above  Asset Condition Surveys and Life Cycle Cost Planning  Callout Service (24/7), including cases of immediate response to business critical needs  Manned Security, including out of hours attendances e.g. for council events.  Key holding, Alarm Monitoring, Remote Monitoring  Waste Management  Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping  Pest Control  On-site Resources  PSDP/PSCS  Contract Management  Supplementary Trade & Resources  Small Projects (Minor Works)  Provision of Computer Assisted Facilities Management System (CAFM) It is intended that the competition will be conducted in two stages as follows: Stage 1 - Pre Qualification Questionnaire, where candidates will request to participate in the competition by submitting a response to the PQQ in accordance with requirements outlined in the specific PQQ document. Stage 2 - Invitation to Tender, where Limerick City and County Council will invite the five highest ranking candidates to tender as identified following assessment of their Stage 1 submissions.
