Tenders Are Invited For Workington Innovation Centre_Specialist Operator

Allerdale Borough Council is seeking to appoint a specialist operator, with an experienced and suitably skilled leadership team to market and manage the Workington Innovation Centre and deliver a programme of tailored innovation support and an entrepreneurship programme. This is to include a total facilities management service for the building. The contract will be for 5 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years. Operators are now being formally invited to meet this requirement and the purpose of the documentation supplied is to provide the necessary information to enable Tenderers to submit a response.
