Tenders Are Invited For Final Project Evaluation Safir Project The Safir Project Aims To Strengthen The Capacities Of Actors Intervening At Community Level (Relays, Families, Traditional Healers) And At The Level Of Health Structures To Improve The Detection Of Children Under 5 Years Of Age In A Situation Of Hypoxemia Through The Introduction Of Adequate Equipment (Pulse Oximeter) As Part Of The Integrated Management Of Childhood Illnesses And Timely Care Seeking. This Project Is Co-Financed By Unitaid And Afd, And Was Implemented From May 1, 2019 To September 30, 2022. Furthermore, This External Evaluation Responds To The Contractual Commitment To The Project Funder, Afd. As Such, The Evaluation Should Specifically Address The Relevance Of Whether Or Not Afds Cross-Cutting Themes Are Taken Into Consideration (Gender, Climate/Environment, Youth).
