Project Description: A. The Work To Be Performed Under This Contract Shall Consist Of Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment, And Incidentals And Performing All Work Required To Construct The Davis Road Pump Station Improvements Complete In Place, Ready To Operate And As Shown On The Drawings And Specified Herein. B. The Work Can Generally Be Described As Consisting Of: 1. Construction Of Approximately 400 Feet Of 12 Gravity Sewer Line And Manholes 2. Construction Of 450 Feet Of 8 Force Main 3. Construction Of Two 12-Foot Diameter Emergency Storage Polymer Concrete Manholes, Approximately 19 Feet Deep 4. Construction Of A Submersible Duplex Pump Station With A 12-Foot Diameter Polymer Concrete Wet Well Approximately 28 Feet Deep, Including Electrical Service, Natural Gas Generator, Controls, Valve Vault, Flow Meter Vault And Related Appurtenances 5. New 14 Wide Access Road 6. Demolition Of The Existing Above Ground Pump Station, Wet Well, Generator, Storage Manhole And Storage Pipeline And All Related Items 7. Erosion And Sedimentation Control 8. Restoration, Landscaping, Paving And Other Site Activities 9. Coordination And Payment For All Costs For A New Electric Service To The Site 10. Coordination And Payment For All Costs Of A New Natural Gas Service To The Site 11. Coordination And Payment For The Cost Of A New County Water Service To The Site 12. Bypass Pumping
