Qualitative Research Services / Resident Engagement – Financial Empowerment For Each Of The Following Areas, And Any Uncovered, The Entity Should Provide Capability And Strategies To Be Used Along With Quality Controls By Detailing, Sharing, And Coordinating Closely With The City Team: Plans For Outreach To And Recruitment Of Representative Populations, Fielding The Research, Providing Regular Updates On Progress, Making Mid-Project Changes / Course Corrections Based On Findings And City Guidance. The Successful Agency Should Demonstrate Knowledge On Current And Innovative Best Practices In Data Collection And Analysis By Way Of Direct Resident Engagement To Include But Not Limited To Workshops, Surveys, And 1 On 1 Interviews. For This, The Agency Should Budget For Any Participant Incentives Such As Gift Cards And Food. Furthermore, The Agency Should Command A Credible Voice In The Community, Leveraging Trust To Obtain Fruitful Information And Leaving Participants With Confidence In City Efforts.
