Roads Development Project (I) Obtaining Reasonable Assurance That The Financial Statements Taken As A Whole Do Not Contain Any Significant Anomalies, Whether These Arise Fraud Or Result From Error, Thus Enabling The Auditor To Express An Opinion On Whether The Financial Statements Have Been Prepared, In All Material Respects, In Accordance With The Applicable Accounting Framework; And (Ii) Issue A Report On The Financial Statements And Carry Out The Communications Required By The Isas Based On The Conclusions Of Its Work; (C) Assess Internal Control By Ensuring In Particular: (I) The Proper Execution Of The Acquisition Process And Financial Transactions; (Ii) Safekeeping Of Project Assets, And Their Use For The Proper Purposes Of Project Implementation
