Consulting Services - Procurement Officer Saint Lucia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Sustainability Projects, namely the Regional Tourism Competitiveness Project (ORTCP) and Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean (UBEC) and intends to apply part of the proceeds to hire an individual consultant to serve as a Procurement Officer.
