General Procurement Notice Angola Strengthening Statistical Capacity The Project Will Include The Following Components: Component 1: Institutional Reform Andstatisticalcapacity: The First Component Builds On The Progress Made Understatcapito Support The Modernization Of Ine And The National Statistical System Of Angola.This Project Will Build On Earlier Investments By Continuing The Modernization Of Ine, Supporting Increasing Collaboration Across The National Statistical System, And Financing A Pilot Project To Improve The Quality And Use Of Administrative Data In Five Ministries. Component 2: Data Production And Dissemination: The Second Component Continues The Progress In Filling AngolaS Critical Data Gaps And Providing The Country With Up-To-Date And High-Quality Socioeconomic Information.A Significant Part Of This Component Is The Improvement Of Data For Regular Monitoring. This Is Accomplished By Building On The Foundation Of Surveys And Censuses Prepared Under The Statcap I. In Addition To Preparing And Disseminating Detailed And Timely Reports, Ine Will Make Freely Available The Anonymized Datasets From Each Of These Components In Their Micro-Data Library. Component3.Project Management And Monitoring And Evaluation: The Project Will Also Require Regular Financial Auditing, Both Internal And External. The Unit Will Be Supported By Consultants, As Needed, With A Focus On Building The Capacity Of Thepiuover The Initial Phase Of The Project.
