Tenders Are Invited For Value Chain Analysis Minimum Criteria: Services Providers Or Proposals Not Fulfilling The Minimum Criteria Will Be Excluded From The Tender Procedure And Will Not Be Assessed Against The Other Criteria. 1) The Consultant Or Applicant Agency Should Have Individual/S Possessing Significant Knowledge And Experience On Aspects Of Value Chain Analysis, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness Development And Agri-Commodity Procurement. 2) Experience In Managing Multi-Disciplinary Studies In Chad Or Other Western African Countries. 3) Local Presence And Capability To Collect Primary Data Efficiently From The Ground In The Desired Area. 4) Proficiency Both In English And French.
