The Work To Be Done Consists Of Furnishing All Materials, Equipment, And Labor For Electrical Installation For The Ogeechee Crossing Park As Shown On The Construction Plans Including Electrical Installation For The Bathhouse, Restroom Facility, Picnic Shelter, Outdoor Pavilion, Campsites, Dump Station, Trash Disposal Area, And Electrical Feed For The Septic System Pump Stations. Mechanical Equipment Such As Louvers, Heaters, And Exhaust Fans Will Be Supplied By The Owner And Installed By Electrical Contractor. Purchase And Installation Of Control Panel And Pumps For Septic System Pump Stations Will Be By Others. Electrical Contractor Will Be Responsible For All Electrical And Appurtenances Including But Not Limited To Excavation, Backfill, Grading, Coordination With Owner And Contractors, Conduits, Wire, Grounding, Panels, Switches, Receptacles, Junction Boxes, Lighting, Light Poles, Rv Surfaced Mounted Power Outlets, Fans, Timers, And Sensors. Time Allotted For Substantial Completion Is 120. An Additional 30 Consecutive Calendar Days Will Be Added For Final Completion. Consideration Will Be Given For Issuing The Notice To Proceed Based Upon Anticipated Delivery Of Materials.
