Tenders Are Invited For Bespoke Panel Agreement for the Provision of Accommodation Services and Related Services for Persons Seeking International Protection
The International Protection Procurement Service (“IPPS”) is issuing this request for tenders (“RFT”) for the provision of accommodation services and related services for persons seeking international protection. The Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth is the Contracting Authority (“the Contracting Authority”) and it is envisioned that all the required services will be funded by the Contracting Authority. References to the Contracting Authority shall be deemed to include the IPPS. The Contracting Authority invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of accommodation services and related services for persons seeking international protection. This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) concerns the appointment of Tenderers to a Bespoke Panel Agreement for the provision of the services as described in this RFT (the “Services”).
