This Consultancy Will Support The Government Of Senegal To Further Operationalize Its Ppp Framework And The Ppp Unit Though: Task 1: Operationalization Of The Ppp Framework This Component Will Consist Of Working With The Dfppp To (I) Customize Detailed Ppp Guidelines And Guidance Notes To Complement The Ppp Manual Developed By The Ppp Unit.
