On 03.11.2022 For The Registration Of Suppliers And Qualified Contractors For The Supply Of Undermentioned Goods And Services For The Sabha For The Year 2023. All Applications As Per The Specimen Below Could Either Be Sent By Registered Post Or Hand Delivered Along With The Registration Fee Relevant To Each Subject. The Cover Containing The Application Should Be Marked "Registration Of Suppliers And Contractors - 2023" On The Left Side Top Corner And Sent Addressed To "Chairman, Horana Urban Council, Horana" (1) Suppliers Who Apply For Registration Should Submit Separate Applications For Each Item And Pay Rs. 1,000.00 As Registration Fee, And The Contractors Should Pay The Charges Stated Against Each Value. (2) If Applications Are Submitted By Mail, Payment Can Be Made Only By A Cheque Drawn In Favour Of "Chairman, Horana Urban Council". Money Orders Will Not Be Accepted. (3) The Sabha Retains The Right To Call Quotations And Make Purchases From Registered Suppliers And Contractors Whenever Such Needs Arise And To Follow Other Procurement Methods. (4) Names Of Suppliers Who Fail To Supply Goods And Services On Agreed Dates And Times Or Fail To Supply Goods And Services As Per The Details And Samples And In Required Standards As Contained In The Order Made Or For Any Other Reasonable Reason Will Be Deleted From The Registration List.
