The Overall Objective Of This Consultancy Assignment Is To Carry Out The Design Review Of The Rehabilitation Works On The Existing Water Supply Systems, In The Cities Of Cuito, Huambo And Lubango, And Existing Water Supply Systems Rehabilitation Works, And The Site Supervision As The The Engineer In Accordance With The Contract Conditions And The Environmental And Social Management Framework For The Water Sector Institutional Development Project And Resettlement Policy Framework Esmf/Rpf Safeguard Documents And Local Environmental And Social Legislation, Including Site Specific Environmental And Social Safeguards Instruments.
