Bidding Documents Will Be Issued On Production Of A Letter Of Request On A Business Letterhead Together With The Payment Receipt Of Non-Refundable Tender Fee During 09.00 Hours To 15.00 Hours On Normal Working Days Up To Day Before The Closing Date. Bidding Documents May Be Inspected Free Of Charge At The Place Of Issuing Documents During Normal Working Hours. Bids Will Be Opened Soon After Closing In The Presence Of The BidderS Authorized Representatives Who Choose To Attend. Late Bids Will Be Returned Unopened.
