The Demolition Projects Include The Central Stores Building; The Child Health Building And Whanau House, Which Are All Located Within The North-West Corners Of The Hospital Site, Adjacent To Carpark 16. The Demolition Projects Will Be Procured As Three Separable Portions, Respectively Programmed At Specific Times Between February 2023 And Mid-2026. This Programme Will Span Three Years; And The Forecast Budget Covering All Three Demolitions Is In The Region Of $3M. The Buildings Will Be Demolished To Make Way For Construction Of New Buildings On-Site, Including The Radiation Oncology Building, And WhangareiS Hospital Redevelopment Acute Services Building.
