ENGAGEMENT OF A HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANCY FIRM FOR RECRUITMENT AND COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT SERVICES – OFFICE OF THE CHIEF SECRETARY The Office of the Chief Secretary (OCS) Personnel Administration/Human Resource Management Unit is in a state of transition. A new structure has been approved by the Executive Council for Contract Administration in an effort to improve its effectiveness, efficiency and accountability. The new structure consists of ten (10) contract employees to oversee all aspects of contract administration for the OCS, as well as, serve as the central HRM component within the Assembly with responsibility for providing support and guidance on all contract human resource management issues. The OCS would like to engage the services of a Human Resources Consultancy Firm to assist in the recruitment of HR personnel for the Unit, i.e
