Correct Humidity Control Minnesota Capitol Building Selective demolition 2. Hydronic heating and cooling fan coils. 3. Temperature control and building automation system improvements. 4. Testing and balancing. 5. Cutting and patching. 6. HVAC commissioning. 7. Project will be accomplished in phases with Owner maintaining occupancy throughout the construction process. Contractor shall include an accommodation for project phasing in preparing his/her bid for the Work. 8. The Work shall comply with Minnesota State Capitol Complex Construction Standards Required for New Construction and Remodeling. 9. Refer to Minnesota State Capital Complex Contractors/Vendors Guidelines to Buildings and Parking Facilities. Additional Description: Description of Alternates Alternate 1: Provide space humidity sensors for VAVs 2A-1-F710, 2A-2-F913 and 2A-2-F917 and active dehumidification control sequence for AHU-1 and AHU-2. Alternate 2: Provide space humidity sensors for VAVs GB-4-F110, GB-4-F111, GB-4-F111A, and GB-4-F113 and active dehumidification control sequence for AHU-4. Alternate 3: Provide space humidity sensors for VAVs 2A-5-F512, 2A-5-F513, 2A-5-F611, 2A-5-F612 and extend AHU-5 active dehumidification control sequence to these VAVs. Alternate 4: Provide space humidity sensors for VAVs 2B-8-F110 and 2B-8-F311 and active dehumidification control sequence for AHU-8. Alternate 5: Provide space humidity sensors for VAVs E-VAV-2, BC-14-V28 and BC-14-V29 and active dehumidification control sequence for AHU-14.
