Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Engineering Consultancy Services For Payra-Gopalganj-Aminbazar 400Kv Double Circuit Transmission Line (2Nd Phase) Consulting Firm (National) (Time-Based) Title Of Service: Engineering Consultancy Services For Payra-Gopalganj-Aminbazar 400Kv Double Circuit Transmission Line (2Nd Phase) Brief Description Of Assignment: Bcpcl Has Signed Contract With Epc Contractor For Payra-Gopalganj-Aminbazar 400Kv Double Circuit Transmission Line (2Nd Phase) Project On Turnkey Basis. Now, Bcpcl Intends To Appoint A National Consultancy Firm To Provide Field Engineering And Site Supervision Services During The Construction Period. The Cost Of The Said Services Will Be Borne By Bcpcl. The Objectives Of The Consulting Services (The Services) Mainly Include Field Engineering / Site Supervision And Witness Of Testing And Commissioning Of The Said Project; The Consultancy Service For All The Activities Are Expected To Commence From The Date Of Signing Of Contract. Duration Of The Contract Will Be 36 Months. Experience, Resources And Delivery Capacity Required: Bcpcl Now Invites Eligible Consultancy Firms (Consultants) To Indicate Their Interest In Providing The Services. The Consultancy Firm Should Have At Least Relevant Experience In The Below Mentioned Points: The Firm Shall Have At Least One (1) Successfully Completed Project Experience Of Extra High Voltage Transmission Line And Substation Having Capacity 230 Kv Or Above In The Field Of Construction Supervision And Witnessing Of Testing & Commissioning Works (Experience Having Capacity Of 400Kv Or Above Will Get Additional Preference). The Firm Shall Have At Least One (1) Successfully Completed River Crossing Project Experience Of High Voltage Transmission Line Having Capacity 230 Kv Or Above In The Field Of Construction Supervision And Witnessing Of Testing & Commissioning Works (Experience Having Capacity Of 400Kv Or Above Will Get Additional Preference). The Firm Shall Have Experience In Construction Supervision And Witnessing Of Testing & Commissioning Works Of Transmission Line Utilizing Accc/Acsr Conductor (Experience Using Accc Conductor Will Have Additional Preference). The Firm Shall Have A Minimum Liquid Asset Amounting Bdt 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore) Only. The Firm Shall Have A Minimum Average Annual Turnover Amounting Bdt 2,00,00,000.00 (Two Crore) Only In Last 3 Years.
