Tenders Are Invited For Kvr Contract (Pilp), Siilitie 11 Site Consists Of Nine (6 Point Buildings) Residential Apartment Buildings Completed In 1958, For Which An Exhaust Air Heat Pump Is Planned And Implemented In An Extent That Meets The Dimensions, Hereinafter Referred To As Pilp. The Contract Also Includes The Renewal Of All Heat Exchangers, Radiator Valves, Line Control Valves And Exhaust Fans. The Contract Includes Heat Balancing And Cleaning Of Ventilation Ducts And Valve Adjustment Work. Alarms And Other Necessary Information With Diagrams Are Transferred From The Pilp System To The Fidelix Automation System For Monitoring. The Contract Includes Channel Excavation Of 20 M3, For Which The Contractor Must Provide A Unit Price. The Actual Performance Is Checked At The End Of The Contract And The Unit Price Is Used As A Debit Or Credit Price.
