San Mateo Water Extension Project The Putnam County Board Of County Commissioners Is Requesting Sealed Bids From Qualified Contractors For The San Mateo Water Extension Project. The Scope Of Work Includes Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment And Other Items Necessary To Construct And Install The Connections Of Water Mains, Fire Hydrants, Fixtures, Assemblies, And Appurtenances To The Existing County Water Main As Depicted In The Construction Plans. These Services Shall Include Approximately 4,262, Lf Of 10” Pvc Dr18, 20,449 Lf 8” Pvc Dr18, 6,674 6” Pvc Dr18, 4,601 4” Pvc Dr18, 223 Lf 12” Hdpe Dr11 As Well As All Applicable Services, Fixtures, And Appurtenances As Depicted In The Construction Plans. The Purpose Of This Project Is To Extend Putnam County Water Service To The Residential Areas In South San Mateo, Specifically South Of San Mateo Road And Along Dunns Creek. All Lines Are To Be Installed, Tested, And Disinfected Per Putnam County, Fac, And Fdep Specifications And Guidelines. Ancillary Activities Include Temporary Erosion Control Measures, Clearing, Grubbing, Sod Placement, Seeding, And Other Incidental Work. The Project Limits Extend Along San Mateo Road, Sweet Gum Road, Water Oak Road, Sportsman Road, Belle Drive, Butler Drive, East Street, Gail Drive, Riverside Avenue, Sanjan Drive, Shoreline Avenue, Waterside Avenue, Waterway Avenue, Clearwater Road, Fisherman Road, Creekside Road, Paradise Circle, And Paradise Point Road. All Works Shall Be Done In Conformance With All 2017 Fdot Uam, 2018 Fdot Temporary Traffic Control (Mot), Putnam County Public Works Department, And Fdep Guidelines (Or Newest Applicable Editions). In Addition, Construction Is To Adhere To Fac Regulations.
